Sure, it's also really short, but that game will destroy your anus if you lose focus for even a millisecond. The arcade version of Super Contra is definitely the hardest due to the RNG shit you mentioned. Also, moreso than any other game in the series, losing your best weapon really fucks you over because they upgrade all the way up to level 3 and later bosses definitely expect you to be packing a decent firearm. That being said, perhaps Uprising is the hardest if you actually play it from start to finish because it's super fuckin' long and has several really hard stages. Hard Corps: Uprising with health bars turned off is also a real ball-buster, but it's ultimately easier in that it has a stage select, so you really only have to play well one stage at a time. ![]() Gallery Bahamut and Krystal in-game Character Information from Uprising.
